Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to Prism: Calculator ("the App"), developed and published by APP_PUBLISHER ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you obtained the App through the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices that you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with the rules of the store you downloaded it from.

2. Pro upgrade (one-time purchase)

• The Pro upgrade is a single, one-time purchase. It is not a subscription and there are no recurring charges.
• The upgrade is tied to your Apple ID or Google account and can be restored on your other devices free of charge using the Restore Purchases button in the App settings.
• Payments and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms. We cannot process refunds directly.

3. Accuracy of calculations

• Currency exchange rates are reference rates that update periodically and may differ from rates offered by banks, card issuers, or exchange services at the moment of a real transaction.
• Financial calculators (such as loan and interest tools) provide simplified estimates and do not constitute financial advice.
• You should verify any result before relying on it for medical, financial, legal, engineering, or other critical decisions.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, copy, resell, or redistribute the App or any of its parts, except where such a restriction is prohibited by law.

5. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, themes, icons, and code, is our property and is protected by copyright and other laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

6. Disclaimer of warranty and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.

7. Changes to the App and these Terms

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence applies.
